Earth, earth, steadfast friend
Firm beneath my feet
Grant me strength to make it through
The challenges I meet
Fire, fire, burning bright
Engulf me in your flame
Once it's lit inside your heart
You'll never be the same
Wind, wind, blowing strong
Set my soul to soar
Take me above the petty hate
Let it trouble me no more
Sea, sea, flowing deep
Bring solace to my mind
Carry me to my center
The peace I need to find

Yeah, I know, my titles suck. Not much to say here... it's a pretty short poem about the four elements and how they combine to forge the fifth - spirit.

i love anything that has to do with the elements for some inexplicable reason, so this is pretty cool. you did a great job of capturing a good description of each one (as opposed to something like: fire! it burns stuff! Wind! it puts the fire out!) good poem overall!
